On the corner of Third and Marshall streets, the founder Joseph W. Bliley, Sr. established his modest business, later joined by two of his brothers John and Frank. These three brothers instilled their ideals of kindness and devotion into a labor of thoughtful, personal service which continues to be the corner- stone of the Joseph W. Bliley Company. The Joseph W. Bliley Company, after 130 years, continues to be family owned and operated.
